Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Noor account and all associated data at any time. This applies to the app published by Noor AI under the package name com.mc.noorlifebuilder.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Noor and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account and data”. We will verify your request and complete the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, avatar).
• All content you created: habits, prayer records, dhikr, journal entries, mood, character (akhlaq) progress, achievements and progression.
• Your notification tokens, preferences and any guidance-assistant history stored on our systems.

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, transaction/accounting records related to subscriptions). Subscription billing is managed by your app store — cancel your subscription there to stop future charges. Any data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Backups are purged on our normal rotation cycle.

Guests

If you use Noor without an account (guest mode), your data lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it completely — there is nothing on our servers to remove.
