Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Noor mobile app and this website (the “Service”), provided by Noor AI. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Using Noor

You may use Noor for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, or use it to violate any law.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You retain ownership of the content you create (journal entries, notes, etc.). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up and sync that content so we can provide the Service to you.

3. Religious content & guidance

Noor provides Islamic content (such as verses and hadith) and a general guidance assistant for reflection and encouragement. This content is for informational purposes and is not a fatwa or a substitute for a qualified scholar. Prayer times are calculated estimates and may vary; please verify locally when precision matters. Always defer to qualified scholars for religious rulings.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Some features are part of a premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel from your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the app store.

5. Free features, ads & limits

Free features may be supported by advertising and may include usage limits (for example on the guidance assistant). We may adjust free and premium features over time. We will never delete your data because you move from premium to free — over-limit content is simply locked until you upgrade again.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Noor and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
