Qur'an 7:109

قَالَ ٱلْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٌۭ

Said the eminent among the people of Pharaoh, "Indeed, this is a learned magician
